[ ] Check the time in Lagos (UTC+1).
[ ] Choose a private space and confirm who will attend.
[ ] Check microphone, optional camera and speaker.
[ ] Enter the waiting room when it opens, 15 minutes before the appointment.
[ ] Wait for the practitioner to admit me.
[ ] Use appointment messages if the call cannot connect.

Local review needs separate signed-in browser profiles for the member and practitioner on the same computer. Remote internet calling is not enabled. No session-recording feature is provided. Actual two-browser media verification remains outstanding.
