Cancellations and refunds

Members can cancel an upcoming therapy appointment in the dashboard. A paid cancellation is flagged for staff refund review; it is not an automatic promise of a refund. Final notice periods, rescheduling rules, exceptions, and eligibility must be approved by Ayema before public checkout.

Connect intake

The displayed fee pays for a matchmaker intake conversation and does not guarantee an introduction. Final refund treatment for a missed or cancelled interview requires a published policy before launch.

Payment discrepancies

If payment arrives after an appointment reservation expires, the order enters reconciliation instead of confirming an unavailable slot. Staff must resolve the payment or refund it before the case is closed.
