Search by support area, session format and published service area. Read professional scope, languages, approach and fees, then choose a listed service and available time. Confirm experience with your specific concern before booking.
Do I need an account to explore professionals?
No. Browse profiles, compare fees and use Help Me Choose without signing in. An account is needed to reserve appointments and access private care messages, receipts and sessions.
What will a consultation cost?
Each service lists its own NGN fee and duration. Review the total before paying for an appointment. There is no recurring charge in the standard appointment flow; partner programme enquiries have separate terms.
Can I choose online or in-person counselling?
Yes, when a professional offers that format and has published suitable availability. Online video and voice use your care room. For in-person sessions, confirm the venue and permitted location before booking.
Can my faith or culture be part of counselling?
You can explore optional Christian, Muslim and other values-aware approaches, languages or care without a religious focus. Faith preferences do not replace clinical suitability or appropriate professional qualifications.
Who can see my care information?
Your care information is scoped to authorised appointments. Matchmakers and Circle moderators do not gain access to therapy intake or private practitioner notes through those roles. See the privacy policy for details and your choices.
