Your private online session

From a local device check to practitioner admission, here is how the Ayema room works.

Original Ayema platform guide · Optional information, not clinical advice

Before the appointment

Open your appointment from the care dashboard. For video or voice bookings, the waiting room opens 15 minutes before the scheduled time. Camera and microphone access begin only when you choose to check your devices. The preview stays on your device before admission.

When both people are ready

The assigned practitioner opens their workspace and admits the member. Only then does the room begin exchanging connection details. You can mute your microphone, turn off your camera, use audio only or leave the room. Reconnection requires fresh admission. Ayema has no session-recording feature.

After the conversation

When the practitioner ends the session, media stops. You can save a member-only reflection and read any shared next steps. Clinical notes remain separate in the practitioner workspace. This local build uses no external video service and still needs a two-browser media test before call delivery can be considered verified.
