A few things
you might wonder.

Support should feel easier to understand.

Get help with booking
I am not sure which service I need. Where do I start?

Explore a pathway that describes your concern, then read each practitioner's scope and approach. The first conversation is a chance to discuss suitability. Ayema support can help with booking questions; support staff do not provide clinical assessments.

Can I choose a Muslim or Christian counsellor?

Yes, where an approved practitioner offers that approach. Use the faith-sensitive filter in the directory. Faith is optional, and you can choose an approach with no religious focus.

What happens after I pay?

A verified payment confirms your reserved time. Your care workspace shows the receipt, appointment preparation and private session room. The waiting room opens 15 minutes before your appointment, and your practitioner admits you when ready.

Can we attend a couples session from different devices?

This local session room supports one member device and one practitioner device. Partners currently attend together from the member's device. Separate partner accounts, permissions and multi-person calls require additional implementation.

Are sessions recorded?

Ayema's session room has no recording feature. Ask anyone attending to respect your privacy. Your practitioner will explain confidentiality and any circumstances where information may need to be shared.

Do I need a subscription or a long-term commitment?

The current booking flow is pay per appointment. Each service shows its price and duration before checkout. Ongoing sessions are agreed with your practitioner and booked separately; no recurring charge is created.

Can I change or cancel an appointment?

Use your care workspace to choose another available time with the same practitioner or cancel. Cancellation does not automatically issue a refund; review the cancellation policy and contact support for payment questions.

Your next chapter can
start with a conversation.

Find a practitioner and take the next step when you are ready.
