Your perspective belongs in the conversation
A first conversation can focus on what feels difficult now and what support you want. You do not have to arrive with a complete account of everything that happened. Ask about confidentiality and what the practitioner records.
Keep your choices clear
Seeking support is not a commitment to reconcile, attend joint work or disclose your experience publicly. Discuss relevant experience, suitability and any concerns about participation with the practitioner. Safety, trust and voluntary choices belong at the centre of that discussion.
A space before and after the appointment
Write optional preparation if it helps. After the practitioner ends an Ayema session, you can keep a member-only reflection and read any agreed next steps. Neither the reflection nor care intake becomes a Match profile or a Circle post.
