Support is a continuing conversation.
Explore areas to discuss with a suitable practitioner. There is no fixed recovery timetable or clinical stage assigned by Ayema.
- 01
Understanding and assessment
Describe concerns in your own words. A suitably experienced professional can discuss an individual assessment, your circumstances and the options available.
- 02
Safety, trust and choice
Ask about confidentiality, voluntary participation and what helps you feel able to take part. A trauma-informed approach emphasises safety, collaboration and your voice in decisions.
- 03
An agreed plan
Discuss goals, the proposed approach and which support spaces serve which purpose. Professional treatment, education and peer groups are different forms of support.
- 04
Practice, adjustment and review
Discuss how the plan is working and what needs to change. Support may continue over time; a setback does not become an automated platform score or a reason to remove your choices.
- 05
Your next step
You may continue, pause or discuss another service or referral. Further appointments are booked separately. Completing a course or counting days is not proof of recovery.
