Immediate danger or an urgent health concern
Contact the emergency services available in your current location, or seek urgent in-person help at a nearby emergency department. If safe, ask someone you trust nearby to stay with you while you seek help. Do not wait for an Ayema appointment or portal reply.
Local emergency and crisis resources must be verified for the country where you are. This review build does not publish unverified phone numbers or promise an emergency response.
Assessments and clinical decisions
Ayema’s self-reflections do not diagnose a condition or replace a professional assessment. Clinical decisions belong to appropriately qualified professionals within their permitted scope.
How self-reflections work →Report a practitioner or serious safety concern
Use the Safety category in your private dashboard support form. Describe the administrative concern and appointment reference, sharing only what is needed. Support staff can escalate provider conduct for independent verification review; they cannot open your clinical notes.
Appointments, payments and privacy
Review appointment status, request a scheduling exception or raise a dispute through your care workspace. Refunds and bank settlement have separate finance decisions. Account settings provide service-specific consent, active sign-ins and privacy requests.
