Before a practice is listed
Practitioners submit identity, qualifications, professional scope, service jurisdictions and a genuine headshot. Credential PDFs and images stay in encrypted private storage for independent review. Files are not automatically antivirus-scanned. An independent verifier records primary-source methods, findings, current review dates and the service categories permitted by their role and jurisdiction. Submitted documents alone do not establish professional approval or statutory licensure.
Before appointments can be paid
A current signed commercial agreement must be recorded. The professional publishes an active service, its fee and duration, and available times long enough for that service.
Clinical care, counselling & guidance
Professional titles and scope matter. Counselling, coaching and religious guidance do not automatically establish a regulated clinical qualification. Check the listed scope and discuss suitability in your first appointment.
Your location and professional scope
Read the permitted locations and tell your professional where you will attend. A listing is not a promise that care is permitted in every jurisdiction. This release is for adults.
When circumstances change
Expiry checks notify the practitioner and verification team, restrict new bookings and open an administrative review for affected appointments. Existing paid appointments are not silently reassigned, cancelled or reported as refunded. Scheduling decisions and any finance follow-up are recorded separately.
Local review transparency
The bookable demonstration practitioners are fictional. Dr. Adeyemi’s public partner profile is presented separately and accepts consultation requests until actual onboarding, eligibility, terms and availability are confirmed.
Your care stays separate.
Care intake, appointment messages and practitioner notes are separate from Match and Circle. Practitioners access only their own authorised appointments; general administrator access does not grant access to private clinical notes.
