Therapy, booking and your privacy
How do I choose a therapist?
Search by support area, format and location. Compare each practitioner's published experience, scope, approach and fees. Help Me Choose guides you through these preferences without diagnosing or deciding clinical suitability.
Can I browse without an account?
Yes. Practitioner profiles, services, fees and available times are public. Sign in when you reserve an appointment or use private care services.
What does a session cost?
Each service shows its duration and full consultation fee before checkout. See service pricing and the cancellation terms. Partner enquiries are confirmed separately before payment.
How do I book?
Choose a published service and an available time, sign in, review consent and the fee, then complete checkout. A held time is confirmed only after successful payment. Your account shows the appointment and its joining details.
Can I meet online or in person?
Practitioners publish the video, voice or in-person formats they offer. Location search matches their published service area; confirm your eligibility and any physical venue before booking.
Who can see my therapy intake?
Your assigned provider can see the intake for a confirmed appointment. Matchmakers and community moderators cannot access it.
Do I have to use all three services?
No. Ayema Care, Match and Circle are separate choices. Joining one does not publish your participation in another.
Will I definitely meet someone through Match?
No. A matchmaker reviews suitability, and both members decide whether to accept an introduction. The intake fee covers the stated consultation, not a guaranteed match.
Can I stop an introduction?
Yes. You may decline, withdraw, pause your Match profile, or block a member. A conversation closes when the required consent or eligibility ends.
Is Ayema an emergency service?
No. Appointments, community posts, and reports are not monitored continuously. See Help and safety for guidance.
